SILVIA BIAGIONI
SILVIA BIAGIONI is an astute video editor and 2D animator from Italy. Her relationship with Stonedog started in 2012 as a sixteen-week internship, sponsored by the Leonardo Da Vinci Programme (EU). Hailing from Moderna, Italy, Silvia took her BA in Cinema from the University of Pisa, and undertook the MA in video post-production on the RAI TV/ University of Firenze programme. She has very refined skills in video editing, 2D animation, and basic 2D compositing. She has worked on fashion videos, documentaries, commercials, promotional videos, and video scenographies. A passionate and meticulous film professional, and arguably one of Stonedog’s best researchers to date, Silvia is the editor of major Stonedog projects, including Hornsleth (a documentary about controversial Danish artist, Kristian Von Hornsleth), and Drosophila (feature film). She was an assistant editor and researcher on Girlfriend in a Coma, Annalisa Piras' unique documentary about Italy’s political, economic and social decline over the past 20 years. Seconding ace Stonedog editor Francesco Caradonna on that project, Silvia also provided additional editing. Silvia’s interests include unique literature and theatre of all eras, music, photography, and travel. Websites: http://zylvietten.wordpress.com/
