JOZEF PREVUZNAK
JOZEF PREVUZNAK is a director, screenwriter, cinematographer, editor, VFX designer and actor. Born in Czechoslovakia (now Slovakia), he was brought up in Kosice, where he begun his path, inevitably leading towards film art. Noticed by a few Slovakian directors, he listened to their advice and switched from acting to film direction. Following his dream, he moved to London, where he studied Contemporary Media Practice (University of Westminster). He has directed several pieces of all kind; a short film, music video, stop-frame animation, documentary and experimental, shot on film/video, on location and in studio. In his scripts he is interested in the underworld and its societies. He is also involved in post-production and has done few projects as VFX designer, using blue/green screen and VFX applications. He is currently working on a documentary as a director and will be busy on future projects with Stonedog. He speaks English, Slovak, Czech, Polish, a bit Russian and German, and he’s fluent in the most international language of all – Smile. Website: www.prevuznak.com
